# Important information

## Temporary changes due to COVID-19

In order to limit the number of people who use MIDDLA during the pandemic, we have made some changes and now have a booking system in place. If you wish to use MIDDLA, please book a time slot first.

* Only one student group and research group (which includes students working on their Master thesis) is allowed to use MIDDLA at any given time.
* Book MIDDLA before using it.
* Use of equipment such as the 3D-printer, lasercutter, etc requires it to be mentioned in the booking title.
* Student groups are allowed to book **1 slot** (of *one hour*) per day
* Research groups are allowed to book **1 slot** (of *four hours*) per day

1. **A clean lab is a happy lab** :) Put things back where you found them and clean up after yourself: we have a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies.
2. I**f you’re the last one to leave**:&#x20;
   1. Close the windows
   2. Turn off the lights
   3. Close all doors
3. Practice “**lagom**”: Take what you need, leave enough for others
